waterslide, family feel, comfortable atmosphere, mini fridge, location. Staff were pleasant. Pool with waterslide. Staff, room. The pool and slide is the best feature of this hotel. The staff were good and very quickly arranged for a room change when I asked for one. Staff was very helpful and friendly and always welcoming. That was the reason I can think of coming back to the same place in next vacation.

The hotel has a pool with a slide. Pool. The location was good. Able to walk or bike to most everything. The bar and restaurant were convient . rooms were clean service in restaurant was fast and friendly. Hotel is close to downtown, shopping mall and restaurants. Facilities. Rooms were clean. Pool. items left in the fridge, noise level coming through bathroom ventilation, fan in bathroom not working, light switches where all wonky. Early check out time. There is no elevator. The bathrooms are really run down and desperately need updating. If it wasn't for the bathrooms I would probably rate this hotel better. The first non smoking room we were given was most definitely NOT non smoking (sink even had burn marks on it). And, the toilet was broken. Head boards were dusty along the top. Room was clean but there are somethings that are really unacceptable when it comes to cleaning. One is finding someone else's hair in the bathroom or anywhere in the room. That's what I found in the bathtub that felt disgusting but other than that room was clean. Interior seems like really old fashioned but for budget friendly hotel, it was good. Hotel is a bit dated but looks like they are doing some renos, at least to the restaurant/pub. Rooms are in need of updating but everything was clean. no elevator and hotel needs a facelift. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day and we had to ask for fresh towels. No ironing board or iron in room. Bathroom small, no fan on bathroom.no clock radio. Air conditioning cooling not working. Halibut and too too salty french fries. It's getting run down. The sheets smelled dirty. Ask staff to change them out and they did . The locking of the front lobby door is not convient at all. Should be set up so as one can use room key to come and go. service in lounge was unfriendly. Dirty shower curtain, exhaust fan not functioning, burnt light bulb,dusty headboard ,no window screen and window is not secure for younger children. Overall room appearance and function, NEEDS IMPROVEMENT !. Most of the air conditioner seemed very old. Air conditioner did not work in the first assigned room; we needed to change the room. Location Pool was dirty with dead bugs. Waterside was old and dirty plus Can cause injuries. Overpriced Fridge door was broken Duvets were torn Outdated decor Entry cards wouldnt allow us access to our room so had to constantly run over to reception. Totally not worth what we paid. Near to the Mall.
