My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!

Every thing. Easy 5 minutes to train or a nice 1/2hr walk to Downtown. Beautiful walk along the sea wall to Granville Island and it's markets. Shopping and eateries to suit all budgets close at hand.

Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!
