  Courteous, efficient, welcoming staff. Our city view room was surprisingly quiet and the layout of the room very conducive to privacy as well as having a desk for business. Our meal in the dining room was superb and again, the service was excellent. I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!! very kind and friendly staff in particular Tim. I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays. walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver. I will definitely be back.

  We were on an organized bike ride from Seattle to Vancouver so we had three bikes with lots of gear. It was tremendously convenient to be able to keep the bikes in storage.   The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere... what people say » else. - The excellent customer service of the staff. Simply amazing over the top! The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  The hotel in vancouver was very convenient as everything was either walking distance, or easy to get a bus from. Also the bar (wings) was a nice place to hang out. I liked having a coffee and using the internet facillity that is provided by the hotel. - Centrality to downtown area at a good prie

  This is a very cosy & most welcoming B&B, with very attentive staff that invite you to walk into the kitchen for pastry & tea whenever you're hungry. O Canada is a beautiful old timber house in a great area of Vancouver and it is fitted out with gorgeous period furniture. The house does have a history which is also fascinating. We had the top room which required a few stairs to be climbed. Breakfast was hearty and filling, organic eggs, yoghurt and fresh orange juice. A real gem and we would recommend O Canada to anyone.

Will definitely stay here when in Vancouver and recommend all. - The rooms were quiet, I didn't hear the folks beside me at all unless they dropped something big. Decent kitchen, very comfortable bed. Balcony has a nice view of the condos and mountains. I had a Do Not Disturb sign at my door so they called to see if it was okay to do housekeeping instead of knocking. That was very nice.

  The staff are excellent. I always felt cared for and respected which is very important to a woman traveling alone.. The room was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The conference I attended was at the Marriott and I moved to the Ramada to spend some extra days in Vancouver. I prefer the Ramada. - The hotel is really good.   Hi Vancouver was in a perfect location for shopping and bars and there was plenty of nights organised by the hostel for example comedy nights, a night at the hockey. I was booked into a 2 bed female dorm which I ended up having to myself for 3 nights. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The staff were all extremely friendly and hel... what people say » pful whenever I had a question. Overall it was a fantastic stay. - It was just what I needed for a quick solo trip to Vancouver. Simple, clean room, comfy bed, tv and a basic bathroom. Good value for money considering what I would have had to pay at a hotel. Also the central location made it easy for me to get around and walk to most of what I wanted to see.

  I've stayed here before. The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too! I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!) One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... what people say » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! - It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a cancellation came through and they gave us the room.

  My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!! - The location was central to the downtown area and made walking to our destinations easy. Shopping was just steps away.
