free breakfast, close to town. location, room, service and free breakfast were all good. It was very clean and seemed to be recently redecorated.The breakfast was very good. Very quiet rooms. Great fast wireless internet. Great staff. good location, good food, good bar and great breakfast. very central location in lovely city. My daughter and I liked the room very much. The bed was clean and comfortable. We also liked the mirror on the wall, it was shaped in a very special way. The lights were very nice too.the location...we had tickets to an event at the vogue and it was just around the corner!. kindness of staff, free internet access. Not typical polyester comforter on bed. very nice room modernly decorated. great location, nice staffs, reasonable rate, clean rooms, good service, in the heart of downtown: water front, gastown, china town ... in walking distance, near shopping malls like Sears and Pacific center, convenient and comfortable place to stay for your holiday in vancouver, will come back again definitely. I was there only for three. People clattering up by the lift being very noisy. Drunk people trying to get into their room at 4am.Position. Granville St was dirty and seedy. No fridge in the rooms, although they kept my beers in their refrigerator.There were some noises from upstairs at night. That was the only complaint we had. We had four people staying in the room and eventhough the beds were very comfortable they were double beds....queens would have been nicer.The room seemed much smaller in person as compared to the picture on the booking hotel website. small deluxe room. a bit noisy at night. not sure about the area did not always feel comfortable out walking. there is no heating in the bath room. Th fair rating on comfort was due the noise level of the bar downstairs. But they were however celebrating the 6th anniversary.the exterior of the hotel looks seedy. The view, the elevator was broken, and the stomping from the stairway located next to my room.It will be good if there is a mini refrigerator in the room. The breakfast could have had more hot food, and there were not many options for those with dairy or egg allergies.Did not like being in a room next to the ice machine which was being used until the early hours of the morning. bed was a bit hard, a little springy. Room was very small. We had a hard time making the elevator work with the room key. Noise from nightclub in basement until 3am, even on 2nd floor. Charge for non-secure parking.A loud humming sound was coming from the bathroom and I can only guess that it was a condensing unit for the heatpump. No bath fan either. No dedicated parking or underground parking. small room, very noisy.
