The room used for the breakfast was huge. Lots of room and a great selection/variety for breakfast. The lady who kept the food available and the tables cleaned was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Price for our room was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got there at 9pm, and the pool was closed, but the front desk.lady let our children go in till 9;30.

It was comfortable easy access close to a diner Quick service. clean room nice location central for much of valemount. friendly staff clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Lovely king-size suite - but no plugs near dressing table and no where to plug in lap-top. Secure parking lot with cameras wired to TV in every room. I liked the King bed and had a decent sleep. Friendliness of staff and location. location surrounded by mountains. easy to find right off hwy. Location Prompt check-in. Location of the hote. That we got a partial refund and left early the next day. Front desk lady was very friendly, and welcoming. The location is good and the views wonderful. Bed was comfy. Nice pool. not much. Location. Cost. nothing. I wish the breakfast was open till 10am or 10:30. the complimentary breakfast was shut down 1 hour prior to the time staff informed us. No restaurant. The TV was old style, fuzzy with very few channels. The hair blower was mounted in the bedroom area, and the cord did not reach the power outlet. There were only two accessible outlets in the room, and all the sockets are so old they would not hold the plug...just fell right out. It is hard to power up phones and IPads overnight when the plug falls out in its own!. Lovely big restaurant area - but only used for breakfast - such a shame because after 6hr travelling it would have been nice to just chill at the hotel instead of having to find a restaurant. Need microwaves and fridges In rooms. Did not like the smell of the cleaning products used. You should use non-scented as it seems as though you are trying to cover the odour. In addition, the floors were quite dirty especially along the walls in the hallway and the rooms. Price too high. Mattress cover(?) and sheets didn't fit on the K/S bed -- they were terribly wrinkled and it almost appeared the bed had already been slept in. I had to go to the desk to get sugar & cream for the coffee and then when I actually made it I had no stir sticks! The t.v. was good and bathroom clean. Sorry but I will not be staying here again. A bit pricey for a town where nothing happens. staff were not friendly, more customer interaction such as , asking how your trip was, enjoy your stay nothing, heres you key and room #. The breakfast that was included in the rate was not ready at 6:30 when we were told it would be. Ceiling tiles in the hallways falling apart in some sections. Breakfest selection was not great. Too much furniture in ro. It would be better with just one bed. On way there, safe would not close, and bathroom fan would not shut off all night long! On way back, safe was locked closed and the deadbolt didn't lock. The room smelled like mildew and dampness. Cigarette smell in hallway. Cabinets, TV outdated and poor quality. Work-out room dirty and poorly kept. Sink in bathroom backed up - obviously plumbing issues in the hotel. One staff member was helpful. Other staff member seemed to be put out when asked for directions to workout room. Will never stay there again. Overpriced for the quality. An older facility and smelled of damp. Housekeeping was poor. The room we were first given was unacceptable - small and dark because there was no outside window, only a 'patio door' to the pool area but the receptionist changed it intimately on us complaining. Although there is an excellent dining room the hotel only provides a basic breakfast but there are good restaurants in the town. The hotel has recently been refurbished with high quality fittings but is not quiet up to the standard expected of a Ramada hotel charging this price. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Bathroom smell was offensive with a musty shower curtain. Filthy No crib available Breakfast sucked Mattress bouncy and worn. Avoid at all cost. everything. Beds - they were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. Air conditioning - the air conditioner kept cutting in and out and did not keep the room at an even temperature. Room smelled, staff inattentive, tv picture quality very poor, many broken items in room. The hotel was not clean. The bedding was dirty. The whole place seemed run down. would not recommend it to anyone. The bed linens were disgusting.The duvet looked like it hadn't been laundered in months.All the linens were very grey not white and were of very poor quality.We expected more of a Ramada.
