I had a loft suite...impeccably clean with every modern convenience except WiFi. Fully self-catering with BBQ on deck, very comfortable beds, beautifully rustic decor (wood panelling and furniture), a very modern and spotless bathroom, fire pit, convenient to trails and beauty of Uclelet. I would have stayed liked to have stayed much longer. The Innkeepers are friendly and welcoming, and skilled in the art of hospitality. You can also get surfing instruction from Jay. An outstanding inn.....
all reviews » Great little place in a okay location. Not far from main surfing beaches and trails, you won't be disappointed staying here. The young couple that own the place were very friendly and accommodating. We also got a good deal on surf lessons with Jay, which was cheaper than a lot of the other surfing schools around. Highly recommended!. The cottage is just lovely. The deck with the chairs is so peaceful. We BBQ'd this time. The cottage has everything a person could ask for. The owners are so friendly as are their cat and dog. This is a must for people heading to Ucluelet!!!. We enjoyed the outside inn very much. Found it to be a good location,great people and a comfortable hang out after hiking and enjoying several beaches and trails. In the off season it's a good price to get away for a couple nights. The loft we stayed in was very cozy, clean as a pin and well designed. Close to Florencia Bay for a fabulous low tide walk along the beach. Well priced and pet-friendly. No stove, but microwave and small fridge for food. I loved the cottage. It was clean and well stocked. Lovely forest setting. The manager was fantastic and walked down to show us the way to the cottage. The grounds were just beautiful. I will be back to stay again. Very friendly and lovely cabin. Peaceful, close to beaches and great walks. Quaint little towns and convenient to both, lots of things to do and see. They also offer surfing lessons!. My young daughter enjoyed the patio area and resident cat as well as the huge jet tub up in the loft. Such a quaint loft unit. Such friendly and welcoming staff. Very relaxing...special...... The feel of the rain forest was very apparent. We relaxed and enjoyed our time with each other. We both slept like a log. The site was very private with a beautiful location, and Catherine, the owner, gave us excellent advice on trails and restaurants etc which we followed. Peaceful relaxing setting away from the town just off the main road, like camping but in a comfortable two room cabin. Very friendly helpful hosts. Owners are super friendly and very accommodating. Very comfortable cabins and easy hike to the beaches. We loved our stay and will be returning. I loved the cat that came to visit us. It's the owners cat and he toured around and visited people. Absolutely adorable!!!. Cosy, nice interior. Quiet but in short distance of Ucluelet and the Pacific Rim NP. Kat and Jay were both very welcoming and accommodating! I felt just like at home!. The natural look of wood on the inside of the cabin, the cosinest of the place. the staff are awesome felt like i was home and part of the family. Friendly owners all fitments in the room updated and working. Friendliness, kindness and availability of the owners. There wasn't a thing that I did not like about this place!!!. No WiFi, no phones, but if you are really looking for a peaceful space, this is justJ fine!. Picky, but the sofa bed wasn't as comfortable for grandma so she didn't sleep well. The only thing we did not like is that we didn't have time to really enjoy the area and we were not aware how far from town we were so we were not prepared, in regards to bringing in own food. We elected to skip dinner rather than leave to go to the market in town. It would be helpful if it were clear on the website to bring in food as it is not available right there. Despite that, we really loved the place. Leaving!. Did not stay long enough. My only complaint is that I only booked for one night. I would have loved to stay several more! I will certainly be back!. Not much to do in ucluelet unless you are there for the trails and cold water sports including fishing. No adress in tom tom. none. That I had to leave. Lack of storage space for clothing,ok for weekend stay but inadequate for longer. Toilet continually ran and condensation on the outside created a puddle on the floor. Had to make a trip to the office for toilet paper.
