Elegant facility, temporary design. Service minded and attentive staff. Nice bathroom. Like the free shoe service.

Too dark and brown...just like another modern hotel. Lack of personal touch. Rooms should have a sofa and a good chair...plenty of space - so why not? The quality of food at the Restaurant could be improved

The staff were very courteous and genuine with it. Plus they were very professional and of a 5* quality. Location is great of course and yards from best shops restaurants and browsing stores in TO.

Bar is not ideal for sitting in and just 'drinking' as there are not so many chairs!

Beautiful location .. I like the fitness room

There is a strange smell when i just checked in my room. I called house keeping to figur it out. They tried but still i can smell it... Unfriendly reception

-the rainfall shower -the location -the staff -the tea pots! -turndown service -the Keurig, didn't use, but nice to see -

-the controls for the lighting -shower too small -no complimentary bath beads -that I didn't know I could have had a body pillow on my first night throughout our stay -that you could'nt open the drapes only part way -

This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. The bell staff and front desk staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We loved this place and have every intention of returning.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace. We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing! ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice. Perfect stay!!!

Maybe one detail is the darkness of the room at the back of the hotel, otherwise everything was perfect!!!
