Clean room,good price and location,friendly staffwish it was a littlecloser to my convention,would have liked a better view. I booked a double room, but not sure what happened, but when I got there..they said it wasn't available anymore (double booked perhaps). Ended up with a single king sized bed, but they charged me the same price. I didn't have to ask for it, so that was at least thoughtful.all reviews »
They had a room with the facilities we were looking for. Nice staff, very convenient location in the heart of downtown toronto. Room was tidy enough.Hotel is close enough to Dundas Subway Station so you can walk to it and get on the subway - make sure you do not walk alone, not a very lit up neighbourhood. Does not have parking nearby, though it was mentioned in the description.Clean room but smelled of old smoke and many old cigarette burns on the carpet. It looked vacuumed, but I wouldnt walk on it in my bare feet. Streets were a bit noisy, but that is expected of downtown. You are basically paying for location because the inn is nothing special. The bed was uncomfortable and someone was walking the floors all night long. The floors were noisy.No air conditioning - enable to sleep because it was too hot. For the small accommodations and the lack of parking facilities, this hotel should not be charging more then $80.00 a night. That would be a fair price.
