I like hotel rooms with an openable window to allow fresh air. I stay in the Crowne Plaze whenever I can as it is one of very few Toronto airport hotels with this feature. Liked the hot shower! After a long cross Atlantic flight, a hot, hot shower felt good. Facilities were clean, staff were friendly. The room was nice. brakfast was good. Shuttle to Airport and from Airport for free!.

Location/ availability to restaurants close by/close to airport. Well trained and courteous front office staff. Staff were very professional and helpful. Clean Rooms, good food, great service. foood is good and i love the area. Airport Shuttle very friendly. staff were incredible. Could order food late and free ride to airport. Convenience for airport. Nothing. wasn't too impressed with the menu at the restaurant. Connections with downtown bad. You have to be carfull if you make reservation with breakfast, they tray to sell it even if it is includet in room price!. small pool. Breakfast included was a disaster on Friday. No coffee, no clean-up, many empty serving stations... While I went for breakfast another guest (?) took my table. Waited over an hour at midnight for the shuttle bus. Small pool. We arrived at 2:30 am May 18th - very early Sat morning my daughter & I from mexico- the fellow on the check-in didn't welcome us said few words some so quiet we had to ask what he said dissapointing as the desk staff at our hotel in Mexico were friendly & very helpful! At check-out again not that friendly female staff???? What's up?? Nancy. We just stayed for one night. Cannot think of what we did not like. $250 deposit seemed a little high. Stuck us on the top floor the elevator don't go to so you have to take a flight of stairs with bags to get to the top floor and there is NOTHING special about the small room on the top floor. Really in need of a refurbishment. A C unit in room louder than a car engine. Tired hotel , not really up to Crown Plaza standards, closer to Travellodge. Room was small and we couldn't sleep because the lady in the next room to us was very loud. When I booked the room I was supposed to get free breakfast vouchers but had to go ask for them at the desk. The buffet breakfast was cold.
