The room was very modern and clean. I always worry about the language issue when travelling in Quebec however between their broken english and my basic french, I had all my questions answered and no problems with anything. Surprisingly, this was a very nice room.

Building didn't look like much from the outside. Noise from the bar closing which is located on the main floor woke us up around 230am.

The room was spotless, nice and recently renovated. Location is practical, close to everything.

Everything was just excellent. The location was good with a nice view on the fjord. The room had been recently renovated and was very nicely done . The breakfast in the morning was simple and delicious.

Our room was clean (it did not smell of stale smoke like the hallway) and had recently been renovated. Modern bath/shower, etc. No complaints with the room. Lots of rain while we were there, so that probably didn't help my opinion -- not that the hotel or staff could do anything about the rain.

The hallway was dark and smelled of stale smoke, probably because of the bar on the main floor -- we were on the second floor. We were looking for whale watching -- Chicoutimi is too far up the fjord, so we went down to Tadoussac.
