  First time staying there, was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort, the quiet. The neighborhood is more industrial which proved to be a benefit from a lack of traffic/city noise standpoint.   Staff were very good, polite and friendly. answered all questions well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. Food at Fogg and Suds attached to the hotel not bad. - Ralph at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered overall amazing service!

  The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We always stay at this hotel when we are catching a flight. The late check out option is very handy if you are catching a later flight.   Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... what people say » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.
