I got in at 4 am due to a flight delay and the staff let me stay later than the usual checkout time. It is pleasant, comfortable, practical and clean with everything we need at hand and any information easily obtained. In a week of staying at a few hotels in Canada yours was one that we will stay in again. The beds are wonderful! It is convenient being able to obtain boarding passes at the kiosk, leave our vehicle in your parking area and catch your shuttle to YVR. Thank you.
