When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport/hotel shuttle, with a very helpful driver - My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal). The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.

  The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. The room was small, but didn't bother us because it had a king size bed, small refrigerator, microwave, large tv, etc. (everything you needed). The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out.   Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. - Location. Very close to Toronto airport (we had an early flight) and Chop restaurant. Comfortable room.

  Traveled by myself for a weekend conference. Was perfect for my needs. Close to Pearson International. Big room for 1 person. Casey's was a good restaurant. Nice place to have a drink too. Wi fi was slow but ok. Used it mainly for Facetime with my family. Had trouble connecting at certain times of the day. Cleaning and front desk staff were friend... what people say » ly. Whatever they use to clean the hotel leaves a damn good smell in the halls and room. In general hotel felt a little oldish but not a problem to me - Good price and location near the airport and various restaurants including a very good one with bar, on site. Excellent and friendly staff. Also indoor pool where we had our 4 grand children over for a visit and a swim. Towels provided at the pool. The room, linens, bath and bed were all very good. Very good parking. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thanks everyone!

I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes.
