  Staff were very informative and helpful. Conceige desk was so very helpful and we had everything we needed on time as requested. We booked a rental car and they had it delivered exactly at the time we asked. Great location on the lake, lakeview was amazing! - The staff were couteous and thiughtful and always very helpful. The location is excelle... what people say » nt and most of things to do are within easy reach of the hotel. We also had an emergency health situation. The hotel staff dealt with it promply.
