  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. He waited while the car com... what people say » pany sent us a replacement rental, he helped us move our luggage, and he even tried to help us move the car from the snow. He was amazing. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

  We have already decided that B&B is a great way to travel, so this was among those places where we had a great time. The whole house is huge and very decorated with authentic pieces. It is an old house with a lot of character and modern amenities. The owners, Lee and Joss were really nice and accommodating trying to help in any which way. The breakfast - The owners are extremely nice. The Auberge is beautiful, clean, comfortable, all in a relaxing environment. The breakfast was delicious, everything was homemade by the owners. They also offer a 4 course dinner, we will definitively try it next time we stay there.

  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   Definitely the hospitality (of all the staff)! It was like having an extended family - everyone was so helpful, caring and friendly. Loved the quaintness of the rooms!
