The breakfast was great and there was a lot of choice (scrambled eggs, pancakes, muffins, croissants) and the owner made us taste smoked salmon from the region. The room was clean. The owner was helpful.

Carol (manager) provided great service. Very clean and comfortable. The entire building is made of old stone, wood and beams, but a very modern facility. They even have a cute elevator. Breakfast was provided in a nice atrium room on the main floor. You really must eat in their restaurant downstairs. Eric and Karen (owners) are wonderful!

Very helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable with laminate floors and no rugs. Continental breakfast was fine. In an area of predominantly French speaking, staff helped us make bookings over the phone and allowed us access to their computer and printer services. Much appreciated.

My mother and I arrived a little late and Shelley offered us some tea to relax.The house was warm and enviting. the bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. The location of this charming, boutique hotel is excellent. On a quiet street, but steps away from the Frontenac and promenade. We enjoyed several waterfront picnics in the Jardin immediately across the street. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
