Having stayed at the Southway a half dozen times in the last ten years, this visit was the best by far--perhaps it has something to do with the change of ownership?? The reception staff were excellent: getting me a coffee while I waited to check-in (the system was down) and then giving me 10% discount vouchers. The same ready and pleasant service

We were provided with a room upgrade as it was our anniversary. The view from our room was great; we could see the bay, the main plaza area and part of the mountain, the best of everything! The 1 bedroom suite was cozy and comfortable with all the everyday items you need. Lots of activities within easy walking distance. Nice that there were activties at a variety of price points.
