This motel is under new management. The new owner is making improvements to the units. Our room had an updated bathroom with new tiles, etc. The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and it certainly was that. Much appreciated. I had a bit of problems with the internet on the second day and the owner immediately

We liked that it was clean and comfortable.
We were also given a room with 2 double beds instead of what we asked for. We were only there to sleep and were pleasantly surprised after reading the previous reviews.

My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Peggy and Gerald were fantastic hosts. They make you feel like family. We were given great information about nearby tried-and-true restaurants and attractions.
