  Staff were very nice. We had booked a room with 2 double beds as we were attending a wedding with our son and his wife. The attendent came to us and asked us if we would like to upgrade our room as someone cancelled and we could have the room, Since we were already unpacked and were rushing to the wedding we declined. It was alread - Enjoyed the Knights location - More than we expected - big tv - internet connection - two beds -really bright bathroom (very good) - very clean We chose the Knight's Inn because he have stayed in the one in Kitchener as well.

  The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants.   This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

  Firstly I will say that from the moment we arrived at this hotel until the moment we left we felt very comfortable and at home. Aly who met us the first night was very professional and personable. He made us feel very much at home during our entire stay at this hotel. We really appreciated the complimentary suppers as well - From the moment I arrived at the Comfort inn, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly staff that went out of they're way and certainly beyond my expectations to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed and comfortable in a very professional and friendly manner that left me impressed. My stay at the Comfort inn was nothing short of a pleasure. And I was able to get a wonderful night rest. The rooms themselves are very clean and provide everything needed. I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. I have to go back and even though this hotel was farther away than others I will probably return.   I liked the location. We were going out to Estaire so it was easy to visit a restaurant and get out of town. I appreciated having a non- smoking room pet room. In the past we non-smokers with pets were forced to take smoker rooms. When our pet picked up some burs on his chin, the front desk person lent me the front desk scissors to cut out the bur... what people say » s. - The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and homey.. really impressed with it..slept so well..usually have a difficult time sleeping the first night..thankyou..Front desk staff was very accommodating. let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend.. thank you again.
