  lovely room!!! so spacious. Great breakfast, lots of choices, lots of healthy options which you don't always find on the road! Location was great for us - good neighbourhood and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Front desk staff was super. free wifi. - Front desk service for check in and check out...our guy was great ! Only an example here, we lived in a room with a private kitchen and left several used dishes in the sink one day morning (planning to wash later).   The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice.   Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and... what people say » they them remembered that number every day and I never had to ask again. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!
