We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.
