  Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club.   Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood. The fireplace IS a real fire-burning place, but they give you a duralog to burn i... what people say » nstead of real wood. However, after a beautiful dinner and a few drinks, we retired to our room and I lit the fire, and it provided many hours of mood - The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

  Totally relaxing holiday plus a lot to see and around the area for all ages .staff is excellent and helpful It was nice to stay and see what we saw on undercover boss Canada will be back with friends soon - Resort felt like you we're at a tropical resort. Loved the vineyards and the quietness of the resort. Also liked the fruit orchards.

  We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.   The room we had booked was a studio loft with a kitchen, the room they checked us into at the Lizard Creek Lodge was in building 2, and it had 2 bedrooms a full living room, and a full equipped kitchen. Oh, and a jacuzzi! I am not sure if this was because the hotel was busy, or it was a mistake, but we certainly were not disappointed.   Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   Beautiful setting - our room had a deck with a wonderful view. Nice furnishings, wonderful fireplace - very comfortable and secluded! The food at the lodge was very good - all service was outstanding - porters, shuttle, wait staff - all very friendly & accommodating. Whatever we requested, we got! The Lodge sits right on the lake nestled in the mountai - Emerald Lake Lodge is one of the most amazing places I have ever been. My husband and I went there to celebrate our 10th anniversary and it was absolutely stunning and it looks exactly how the pictures show it does.   Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, this Lodge is beautifully appointed. One feels both close to nature, while also having luxurious accommodations. The freshly baked cookies, the coffee/tea, the fruit readily available gave the lodge feel very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean, I - The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one. Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too. The breakfasts were very good and free wi- fi was welcome. In terms of location, it was perfect - we went into Tofino for whale watching and up to Wi
