    I liked the friendly greeting I recieved from the staff on arrival.Rhonda in housekeeping took special care that my room was well provided. Satish, the manager was on top of everything and even drove me into town on a particularly rainy day. The continental breakfast is more than ample and the breakfast room is very pleasant. I used the Barbecue area on the Sunday that I was ther - Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us. He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

    The host and hostess were charming and thoughtful. The locale beautiful, and the deck was a lovely relaxing spot. We loved being able to walk the spit from the cottages. - Very friendly innkeepers, delicious breakfast provisions in our room, beautiful views. Wish we had stayed longer.

    The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. - We enjoyed our 3 nights. It is spacious and the beds were comfortable and it sure is a budget friendly.     The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. It also had direct access to the porch. Fern and Graham are wonderful hosts. The room was lovely with a great view and the bed was super comfortable. The bathrobes were great and super soft! The restaurant has new chefs, and the food was terrific. It is a restful and quiet place at this time of the year - late November, and enough snow for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.

    I loved everything about Sooke Harbour House. unique experience. Each room originally decorated. Otters playing in water outside my room.Jakusi, terrace and garden outside room.     I enjoyed everything about the West Coast Suites. Right from the friendly and warm reception that we got when we arrived. The staff was great. Polite, fun and friendly. The accomodations were clean and comfortable along with warm and modern. For me the location couldn't have been better as I was participating in a seminar directly accross the stre... what people say » et in the gym. I recommend the West Coast Suites to everyone that I know is travelling to Vancouver and specifically UBC. Thank you guys. - As I was writing an exam on the UBC campus early the following morning I loved the fact I could just walk from the hotel to the venue and not have to deal with parking, etc. I also enjoyed the clean, modern and comfortable suite and the fact it provided a quiet environment conducive to studying. All in all it was excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in close proximity to the campus.
