We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

what we liked was the service. we asked to change rooms to a lower floor because the stairs were a killer. there was no problem, very pleasant to help us out. sent a porter to pick up our luggage & carry it to our new room.

everything was great! we were there for a funeral and the staff was awesome!
We stayed 3 days so maybe that is why the room was not cleaned well each day. It was acceptable but not spotless. all in all it was a good stay. Thanks -

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. The hotel was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept on. We had a great little seating area just outside our room so we could put the kids to bed and still enjoy our visit with out monitor plugged in. We don't have a single complaint. -

Freshness of facilitie...felt new. Liked the privacy of the parking lot. Felt very safe there...as in went for walk to Mcdonalds a few blocks away. after talking to front desk guy. He totally reassured me that it was a safe area. Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.
