  Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. - The fitness room, the Japanese restaurant and the pub. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

  this is a really beautifully restored older hotel in the middle of a small city. the staff asre really helpful and informative. the decor is lovely, and they include so many amenities. before you arrive they turn on the lights and have the local tv chanel with soft music on as well. they include a full menu sitdown served breakfast as well, an... what people say » d believe it or not, you can phone anywhere in the world for free!!! i loved it!! - Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

  They had great food for kids & myself, the room was fantastic, very clean & comfortable as well, pricing was reasonable for everything. Kids loved the pool & I was able to just stay in the room to relax the staff watched the kids on video camera until they got out. They packed us some muffins for the next morning along with some butter... what people say » & knives they also gave us some juice for the kids as well (we had to get back on the road early the next morning!) Beautiful view from our room. - Keith was the night manager who greeted me as I entered the lobby and was very friendly and helpful! I had stayed there last September and the room was clean and bright. This time I was delighted to find that they had even made it nicer by having updated the linens, mattress and light fixtures, plus the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom seemed nicer than last time! Even though my stay was only for one night I enjoyed the comfort!! No negatives here at all and will book my stay there a

  Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the doorstep of the Farmers Market.
