kitchen and fireplace. -

Very large king room with a small fridge/sink area, big windows/sliding door and lots of light. Comfy bed. Clean and very quiet. Four high speed elevators, so no waiting. Friendly staff. We asked for a higher floor if possible, and they put us on the 37th-- amazing views of English Bay, Kits, Lost Lagoon, etc.

Exceptional value and superb central position. Cheap (for Vancouver) car-parking and no need to move the car once in the hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean, large room, big-screen television, nice en-suite, balcony, express lifts, express check-out, stunning views. Request a high floor unless you are scared of heights. I will definitely be back to Lord Stanley Suites next time I come again to Vancouver. Everything was so good. Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Lord Stanley Suites. I would like to take this opportunity to thank David who has become a buddy to my 5 yr old son. My son wont forget the high fives he did with David. Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Thanks Kevin!!! -

I was very happy with the location since it was my first time to Penticton and was easy to find. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.
