It was everything that was promised; cheap, clean, dry, friendly, comfortable. They don't state that they're anything fancy so don't expect it. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't report on that. I'd start there again.

We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for a week or more. The breakfast was a bit of a free for all but was more than adequate, and included

I don't think I didn't like anything. It is a nice place, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests.
Super clean and inviting.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. -
... what people say » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. This made me realize that all the comments were acknowledged. I really liked that the most. -
Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.

This is an airport hotel and our expectations were realistic. In fact,
they were surp[assed: we had a couple of problems which the reception
staff helped sort out+ both generously and efficiently (many thanks to
them). It's on a main drag in a largely Chinese area; there's a
big shopping mall 5-7 minutes' walk away (turn right on leaving the
hotel) and a choice of local restraurants. Parking is safe and free;
continental breakfast perfectly ok. Airport a short and easy drive away.
