The atrium/courtyard created inside the building with a real creek flowing through and tropical plants everywhere is a hidden gem that makes the experience quite extraordinary. First was the price - I am a disabled senior who must travel
frequently to Victoria to see my Doctors - I travel with my assistant,
which all adds to the cost. I live on a very fixed income. Without
asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very
kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times
Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if
the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly
service. I only wish they could h

One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... what people say » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! -
It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses
and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff
were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet
they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it
was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a
cancellation came through and they gave us the room.

I enjoyed the fact that it was so centrally located to the Whistler Village. Everything was within walking distance and the bus stop was just over the road. The pool and spa were just lovely.

We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential.
