The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank
my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

Very clean, has an indoor pool which is good for kids, is near a light rail line in to the city. Big rooms and you can get a little suite with a kitchen. Near the university. The gym is modern but a little small.

Just stayed one night for a wedding nearby.. And it was so nice! They had to upgrade our room at no additional cost and it was a 2 queen room with a full kitchen. Everything was new and very nice! Will definitely stay here again if I'm near here again. -

The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.
The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.

It was quiet and close enough to Edmonton that we could travel back and forth easily. The rooms were very clean, roomy and well laid out. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but useable. I like the modern look of the hotel. The pool was great, the childern loved it. I liked how the exercise area looked into the pool area through glass, instead of a blank wall like most of them do. It was sad that the hot tub was not working

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -
