The Staff was very welcoming and we received prompt service. Any questions we had about the area she was happy to answer. We were curious about a map of the town. She not only gave us one but she also pointed out points of interest and wrote them on the map. The room was more than what was expected. From the hallways to the room and all around it was very clean and peaceful. I would stay there again. Also would recommend to anyone visiting the city. Once we figured out the one way streets getti.

Nothing really. our room still wasn't cleaned on our return from city sightseeing at 3.15 pm but the tip for prompt cleaning was taken from envelope :) No coffee maker, no safety box. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, should be changed for a good sleep. It was a little farther from the city center than we expected; and because of downtown construction it was a challenge to find parking. It got better as we got used to it. Not walkable. No Carpets. We had the family room,but there was not really a space big enough to all meet (4 in our party),except in one of the bedrooms. Lobby and room were dark and musty. . . Linens were not clean. When my wife used a lint roller on the bedding it collected hair and other small debris. . . Would not recommend. it is not hotel motel.
