The rooms were very homely, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was excellent and a great size area to sit down and eat. The included breakfast was amazing, great size and more than I expected! bacon, eggs, hash browns, fruit, toast and baked beans with coffee also. the breakfast was the best ever - the kitchen facilities were excellent and the staff were ever so friendly. Could not ask for a better accommodation and location.
