The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting!. The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service. TerZo room with sauna/shower Luxury 5 stars hotel. Room was large and very comfortable (Terzo).
