  Older motel, but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, easy access to all kinds of food/shopping. Pool was sufficient to meet the needs of the kids.   People who take care are very nice and they keep that place neat and tidy. Rooms are nice and clean as well , very good staff. Pool was clean and worm water , surround with lots of nice colourful flowers . Location is very good but you need car or bikes to go to the beaches.   Location is excellent, right across the street from the lake and located near some great restaurant. Downtown Penticton is a very short drive away (2min) or a beautiful 15 min walk. Rooms are clean and kitchenette could be handy for longer stay. However they are somewhat small, about 4 people absolute max assuming 2 on the queen bed and 2 on t... what people say » he pull out couch. Pool is indoor and great. Goes all the way to about 8 foot. Both me and my girlfriend would stay here again in a heat beat and - We staying for three nights in a room with a kitchenette. The staff were very accommodating...moved our elderly friends who were staying in a second floor room to a first floor room when they saw them having trouble negotiating the stairs. Room was clean...well stocked with dishes, etc. A little noisy because of the courtyard arrangement but certainly not a bother. I would certainly recommend this motel...good value for the money.

  We liked that the motel was very "quaint" and an overall good value for our money. Having access to a small fridge was very helpful to have fresh fruit and other snacks on hand. The rooms were clean and the staff were HIGHLY accomodating and friendly. We arrived at 1:00 p.m. and although they had not received my email request for an early check... what people say » -in they very happily cleaned a room for us rather quickly. The owner on several occasions came by to either say hello and ensure we had everything w - I loved the laminate floors, and the room was very clean and soundproof as I have a hearing problem and checked with my neighbours to make sure they could not hear the TV and they could not. .The fact that the lake was across the road and a variety of restaurants close by, make it special. The owner is amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and made me feel right at home.

  It was very clean and very well maintained. Looked like a new fridge in our room. Loved the king bed and the 2 doors. pool area awesome. - Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Looks like the showers have been recently redone. Had a great time.

  We booked the kitchen suite which worked perfectly for our family of six. While we only stayed one night, we were very happy with the room. It held all of us nicely. My 6ft son was a bit big for the hide a bed but other than that, we were comfortable. The price was great for us as well. I was a bit concerned when we got back to our room as there w... what people say » ere a group of noisy party goers but once in our room, we couldn't hear them. All in all, we would def stay here again. - It was good value for what we paid! There was even a pool and bbqs (we didn't use them, but they were there and well-maintained). The location was perfect, easy access to everything, and there was even a Tim Horton's across the street. We were grateful to walk into an already air-conditioned room at the hottest part of the day, too!

Ice cream store nearby! As well, Penticton is a great place to visit, situated between two lakes.
