  The location was very convenient and our top floor room was quiet and had been recently refurbished. Security was excellent and breakfast was ok. Resraurants and a supermarket were close by, there was some work still to be done around the buildings, but it didn't affect us. - Nice size room, had fridge, microwave and area for storage of suitcase... what people say » s ( and hanging cloths) Very convenient to downtown.   A friend and I stayed at this bed and breakfast for a week. The hosts were very hospitable; they took an interest in our activities and offered helpful advice. They even packed to-go breakfasts for us on our last day since we had an early departure! The location was perfect; we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go.   We really enjoyed staying in the student Resident units in place of a hotel, for a few reasons. Bringing our own utensils and soaps, dish cloths, etc., was something we just knew because we were familiar with our son having stayed at an Ottawa university. Really liked that, because we could utilize the large fridge; cheese, grapes, berries, cold... what people say » drinks, milk, juice. kitchen! 2 bedrooms were nice to have because husband has a sleep disorder, so we were both able to sleep well. Bathroom was - I like that it was close to transit hub and an easy 15 min bus ride to downtown Ottawa. It was clean and well maintained, both inside and out (landscaping etc). The staff were quick and efficient, we checked in at 3 pm with a large group also checking in and didn't have to wait very long. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and what was available for restaurants and attractions. Heather was especially helpful with some great tips on the area.

  The hotel was very easy to access and very close to the airport. We travel a lot and I have to say it was probably the cleanest room I have slept in. It had a fresh smell as soon as we walked in.It is definitely a 5 star with 3 star price. Breakfast was definitely amble with lots of choice.   Hi : We enjoyed staying at the Stardust and appreciated the Tim Horton's across the road. Me made use of the Appletree Medical Centre because my husband was ill. When we was prescribed medical, we could get it at the Shopper's Drug Mart. Convenient area for us. We were not too far from the Hockey Arena where we ent to see the Women's Hockey games.... what people say » - We arrived very late so the 24h reception was really useful. The motel looked slightly run-down on the outside (keep in mind I looked at it at night), but the room was very clean and well maintaned. The location was easy to find, Tim Hortons across the street, no idea what else is in the area. Excellent value for the money.
