Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast at reasonable price. I was particularly impressed by the gracious booking of the shuttle bus back to the airport and by the elderly gentleman who was able to retrieve my luggage and wait for me until the arrival of the shuttle bus. I enjoyed the Reception and Buffet Dinner in the Stanley Suite on Sunday evening. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our view of the city, the cleanliness of our suite, the spaciousness of our suite, and our kitchen facilities, and the freedom to come and go as we pleased.

The Room, Staff, Food, Friendliness, Cleanliness; everything. location, price, value. Nice rooms. The room was really functional and the location of the hotel was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything. Very nice large clean room, full kitchen and washing machine. Great hotel suite. We liked the salt water pool. Also, the bell person was very helpful and informative. huge room ... lots of facilities, 2 bathrooms. very nice accomodations. Central Location. I had tried repeatedly to get an extra day's stay through LetsBookHotel.com, and was told it was not possible, but when I checked in the extra day was given to me. good sized room, quiet, kitchen amenities. Enjoyed the pool very much and the fact that children must be out of the pool by 9pm..nothing worse than screaming children when you are trying to relax. nice and clean. The room was clean. Nothing. The elevators were surprisingly slow but because of Family Day on Feb. 16, many families were getting on and off the 2nd floor because of the swimming pool. It was hard to find parking, it took a long time to get our bags in, a bit of a traffic jam at the door waiting for the bellboy, parking spaces too small in the garage, we couldn't fit in a lot of them, also the door from the garage to the elevator not stroller accessible. Once I called the front desk and nobody answered the phone.No and I stay at a lot of hotels on a national level. Need better TV, audio player (CD, MP3) will be nice. There could have been a games/arcade room for children....but otherwise everything was excellent. Yes,teh selection in the Hasty Market needs attention.It is 24/7 convenience store.They do NOT replenish their brewed coffee or croissants and fruit on the week-ends.bed was a little uncomfortable- woke up with a stiff back which is unusual. Not really. It was swarming with young hockey players which accounted for a bit of noise, but it did not really bother us. uncomfortable bed, could not control room temperature, staff at check-in unexperienced and slow - could not answer simple questions re: late check-out. the man checking us in was very short in his manner and snippy...and did not explain the parking procedure well and we dare not ask him to explain again....was not impressed!. the price is high, breakfast was a very bad location hotel far from the city centre and swimming pool is very small. That our tax-exempt card was not taken by the staff. unsure if we will be coming back to this hotel again, we have been coming here for a few years. too bad we do love the hotel. hope you change the policy.Too much.The design of hotel is too bad,dirty,old.This is the worst hotel in my living experence.
