Everything was great in respect to location. It was quiet, clean and very affordable with fridge coffee maker and air conditioner what more do you need. We also liked the indoor pool and billiards table, I was very impressed! We will be back. I liked the friendly atmosphere and the fact that the beach/lake front was nearby. The price was good. The WiFi was easy to access and dependable, if not speedy. The clientele was quiet when we were there, even though it was a weekend.
all reviews » The location is perfect. Easy stroll to town...beach nearby. Pub next door. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Full size fridge and kitchenette. It was an older place but it was clean and comfortable. The cost was reasonable considering costs of other accommodation in the area. I loved that they were very accommodating and she couldnt do enough for us I would recommend it to anyone we loved our stay. Great location, the price, close to the beach, A/C in room, kitchenette with big fridge. It was clean and friendly and not noisy. Close to everything. Staff accomadated us into new room with no question asked!. Everything, clean & quiet and nice people. Last minute availability. The location was good with good access to area. The price was good for the high season weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Management did let me borrow a hairdryer which they do not have in-room. Did have in room shampoo. Towels were clean. This hotel was aweful. It's dirty and falling apart. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. location. Llocation was really good. Right on the besch. It was hot on July 1st & aircondtioning was not great. Nice backyard. Location. It was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The toilet didn't always flush. everything was great new pillows would be awesome. needs renovation!!!!. That first room was not very clean. Nothing, everything OK. Surface clean, But could use a deep cleaning; ie air cond. filter, spider webs. 1) The ac did not work...more of a fan. (Which we should have told management about 2) the hotel needs a major injection of money for refurbing and if they put the money in, they will have a good property 4) beds were ok, somewhat hard but clean 4) a very basic hotel room but you have what you need for a short stay. needs renovation. We had 3 rooms and 1 was missing towels. No towels at all. Try to find manager but she was not around. Had some issues with cleanliness. Very dated; beds are old and rooms are way too small. Carpets have not been replaced in 20 years. Bad smelling rooms.There was constructions right in front of our room; we should have been informed about this upon checking in. Poor housekeeping Hard to access air condition. The place is a dump. Absolutely filthy. No Ice machines. The only thing going for it is that it is cheap and that is where it ends.
