  We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us.   This was an awesome deal for the 4 of us! The suite was much larger than we expected - like a little apartment with a full sized separate bedroom, good-sized bathroom, plenty of room in the main living room and kitchenette. Lots of storage, free parking. Very quiet - we were able to keep the windows open all night without any noise (and we live in... what people say » a very quiet rural area so that's saying a lot). When we arrived we asked for a cot for one of the kids and the front desk staffer went out of his wa - Well maintained large room featuring flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Comfort Inn offers a good complementary breakfast, internet access and swimming pool. Efficient check-in and staff generally friendly. I liked the location (bus stop outside). Good value for money. Restaurants (Earls and Dennys) close by.

  We used the hotel as a stopover point while visiting the Vancouver area and were very happy with the service and the location. It is very close to great attractions in the area. We were able to leave our vehicle for a reasonable fee while travelling on an Alaska Cruise. This was a bonus as parking in the downtown Vancouver area is very expensive.... what people say » We found this to be a better alternative even with the added taxi fares both ways to the cruise terminal. - Although situated on a busy junction, our room (103) was at the farthest point possible from the main road and there was no road noise. Room, with sitting area and kitchenette, was a good size. Swimming pool (open air) was good, if a little warm for the hot temperatures! Location meant easy access to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, but equally easy to access downtown Vancouver over the Lion's Gate Bridge. Staff helpful.

  My husband and I stayed at the pinnacle for our two year anniversary. It was amazing as we've stayed at a few hotels downtown in the past. Best experience. We would love to come back in September for a date night as we have two children and as many know its nice to just get away for the night. I can't rave enough about the pinnacle and recommend it to all my family & friends:-) - The Hotel is located by the Lonsdale Quay and the very regular sea bus across to Vancouver. The accommodation was very good, quiet away from the noise of the city. There is a very good market nearby for food and other goods. A range of restaurants can be found over the road from the hotel. There a bus terminus in the same area for buses into West Vancouver and around North Vancouver and the city. The hotel staff were very helpful.
