There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. The room was really spacious and the mattress was perfect. To have Breakfast delivered each day was a perfect start and it was good to. It really tied you over to lunch time. all reviews » The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was really well-priced and excellent. Great services there. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing, we had a room with steam shower; that we took full advantage of. Robes were provided, breakfast in bed and parking was included awesome ! The hotel is close enough to walk to all the attractions and restaurants in Niagara, but far enough away as not to hear all the noise... Loved it we can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was unique to Niagara FAlls. It was a nice luxurious escape in a very busy tourist destination. The rooms are amazing & the staff exceptional ! It was a pleasure to also have parking Included! Breakfast in bed is also a really enjoyable signature touch of theirs. It was a fabulous experience. The hotel itself was different and unique. They serve breakfast directly in room at the time you ask for. By the way the quality of the goods served aren't excellent. GIANT room, and big bed. We had a room with a big jacuzzi right beside the bed. In the bathroom there was also a big shower. Cleanliness was good in general. Liked the friendliness of staff. Daily breakfast in room was good and the shower was wonderful. Bedding compensated for drafty room. Bed was very confortable. rooms are nice but..... The window blinds and curtains could have let in less light at night. But even this wasn't a big deal at all. The initial smell was a little annoying, but once aired, it was fine. My friends' Jacuzzi didn't work and there was nothing they could do about it. The spa was closed pretty early and was quite pricy too. The lobby looked unwelcoming, although the staff was great. Our room was never made up before 2:30 pm. We like to come back after lunch and relax, but we kept getting kicked out of the room. In fairness, the hotel was completely booked during our entire stay. No negative comments. Only you have to walk to see the falls but that was fun too. A bit of outside noise from loud guests, but the hotel allowed for us to have a later check-out. They were painting at the time so it was a little inconvenient. The front desk staff should smile more, not once did they smile, or whenever passing by the front desk we never got greeted. Also maybe offering bathrobes for him/her in the jacuzzi suite would be a nice touch. Poor lighting in the room for reading. No water bottles in the dispensing machines (out of stock), no free supply in room. Wifi signal weak in room. The room felt a bit worn and could have been cleaner. The bed was very firm and some new bedding and pillows should be considered. Very little not to like. Desk staff was not overly friendly. 2 out of 3 evenings we had to ask for hand and face towels. No microwave in room. Same breakfast items each day, ok if you are staying 1 night but not for 3 nights. Nothing. There we're a lot of dust bunnies in our room. Not that clean. Wish the front desk would smile more, they were helpful but seemed to stiff. blinds in room needed mtce vacuuming not thorough wifi difficult. Weak air condition. The room, despite big, wasn't very cozy. The fireplace isn't a real fireplace but the flame is fake. The TV is very far from bed, so the remote didn't work properly.The quality of the breakfast served isn't satisfying. No particular attention for details. No falls view from hotel (but we knew it when we booked!). We were on the 1st level and the room was very drafty. AG dinner was good but it was expensive for the portion size and menu was limited. Hotel needs an uplift. It is dated. Very noisy a/c system especiall when you discover it at 11pm. Maintenance has much to improve; a part from the a/c, emotional shower in the room was not working, wall in the bathroom need to be painted. Rooms not so clean, dust nearly everywhere. Receptionist good in finding solution, but never apologized for the inconvenience I had.
