The Rainbow Inn is a fun place to stay. The pool was relaxing and we got to see fireworks from the balcony of our room. We have been there several times with friends. Its our favourite Motel next to the Falls and Casino. Best value of any Hotel in the Fallsview area. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. We walked to everything! So convenient. Good location and Price compared to the other hotels around the area.

NIce and convenient location. This is my second stay here... We like that its not a far walk from Falls... And it's pet friendly... There is a pool if you want to cool off :) Great if 5 star doesn't matter to you... location!. location is good. hot showers.... location. Location. U could walk to falls but nothing more it was awful. Nada. Nothing to complain about this place!. nothing. no shampoo I believe that the door should have should have better locks. I did not like the alarm going each day at 9 am. Stayed 2 nights and did not need the alarm waking us up on the first night there. It is the better when there is a microwave inside. Did not like the fire alarm waking us up at 9 am. We just wanted to relax for a few hours, but we had to ask for help to get the tv to work... Which they did and that was great. slow/disconnecting wifi. no coffee machine, no paper towels.... it had a musty smell too the room smelled old......not refreshing.....would of been better if the room smelled better this is what my wife said....thanks. Outdated..No electrical plugs in bathroom.Door lock not very secure.bedsheets had some stains. Unfinished spa in room. A totally useless idea in that kind of motel. Window a/c that was old and unable to do the job. Room felt damp and clammy. Exposed pipes in bathroom along with dust in bath and cobwebs in the room. If anyone checks these things it was ground floor room 37. Had to work out how to hook up T.V. ourselves. The following description is fairly accurate just does not talk about the actual room. No one in the office after we checked-in, no one shown up until we left. No key box. No one answer the phone. The main point is no heat in the room, because the air con. Is out of order, and the temperature is -5 at the night time !!!!!!. The a/c unit didn't work, loud, no smoke detectors, garbage all over , railings about to fall off, just over all terrible free wifi is a joke unless ur sitting in office it doesn't work, they also shut wifi off at 9pm they don't answer the phones after 9pm just terrible. The beds were not comfortable , the ac did not work it was very hot in the room all weekend , it was supposed to have wifi but did not work in our room I wasn't impressed and will not be staying there again.
