i have mention your hotel to everyone meet even strangers. this hotel is clean ,staff is excellent they helped me with my luggage and talked with me if I needed anything it was taken care of. you get a lovely breakfast full it is just like the pictures . there are NO bugs The room is very clean and they clean and make your room up everyday you stay unless you tell them otherwise. I have stayed there 6 time now and I will always go back every time I am in Niagara Falls They are very friendly and.

I am going back in July /2013 for 5 days the prices are so inexpensive and you get free breakfast swimming pool in and out doors fridge and microwave rooms are. The staff very polite,friendly on arrival.breakfast was excellent .indoor pool very relaxing and enjoyable.Suite was spacious ,I room ,coffee making facility,fridge,microwave was all excellent service provided.The room attendants and the night front attendant were very helpful and put themselves out to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We will most definitely stay here again and refer family and friends to stay here a d wnjoy the exceptional facilities at this wonderful hotel. Hot tub was great pool was refreshing room was excellent we had plenty of towels . Everything was perfect Excellent food was delicious we had the best time ever the Manager and his staff were fantastic they made our stay the best We would like to thank you dan and your staff joan for the wonderful breakfast I didnt get the young lady name that clean our room but thank you so much for making our stay just perfect pillows and bed and cleaniess was great we will be back Dyanna McILwain. all staff members were so helpful, kind friendly & nice. we were 4 families, and we had really great times, I couldn't think of anything better than this place, we enjoyed every moment there, and it was really our dream trip, because what ever we needed we got and fulfilled . I met the owner of the motel and I told him how great staff he has especially Dany, but all of them were great, thank you so much Niagara Lodge & Suites for making our trip an forgettable trip . I got sick while I was staying they went out of there way got me tea etc made sure I didn't have to worry about stay a few more days till I got better even at a great price . so no worries for me . the young lades that are at the desk and the owner are Great I don't know what I would have done with out their help Thank You all for making me feel comfortable and not worry about anything. the staff were great! They answered all of our questions, and they were very friendly and helpful. There was a super buffet breakfast featuring scrambled eggs, hashbrown patties, sausages, and make-it yourself belgian waffles! they had cereal, bagels, and cream cheese, as well as coffee, juice, ad hot chocolate. definately would come back just for the awesome brekkie :). If your looking for a place to sleep that is cheap and safe this is the place. If you want a 5 star hotel this is not the place for you. Breakfast is decent, free and filling. The staff is helpful. The bedding and towels were clean. The hotel is in need of remodeling. The room didn't have a blow dryer but all I did was ask front desk and they gave me one. The service was outstanding, the first room I was given queen size was not great with tv not working or phone, and too dark and roof dirty inside. And the heater was noisy in that room. I informed reception straight away I wasn't happy with that room and they offered me another straight away which was King size and it was ten times better. I had a memorable time in this hotel. I have been allocated room inside the tower which was quite away from the disturbance from the base ball teams. i was having fridge and microwave at that budgeted price which was an added advantage for my kids. we had enjoyed indoor heated pool. last but not least the staff was quite hospitable. Staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Breakfast was plentiful. Very good value for the money and close enough to all the attractions, shopping and dining place Niagara Falls is known for. I would recommend this hotel to those that are not too picky about how updated their rooms need to be. I booked this hotel and then read some of the nasty reviews left by other travelers and began to worry if i had made a mistake. I expected the worse, but i was surprised by the hotel. Has indoor and outdoor pools which my kids loved. Breakfast was awesome, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles and so much more. I liked I was on the top floor with no noise above me, and that it was clean and a nice room. The 2nd night more people turned up but were all respectful and like us went to bed early or at least kept the noise low as we weren't disturbed at all and heard no ones tv etc, which was good as I needed my sleep badly. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, however some guest were partying on the patio and were quite noisy for a long time. No staff was there to tell them to respect the rest of us who was trying to sleep. I will stay there again. Lovely indoor pool and hot tub. The girls at the desk were ok,. Breakfast was great and staff was also nice...this is my 8 time staying at Niagara Lodge and Suits....great value for your money...and its a great palce to rest your head...its not a fancy place but if you dont mind that at all then this is the place for you....will be back again for sure.... Their free breakfast was very good.It offered coffee,orange juice,waffles,toast,eggs,sausage,hash browns,cereal & milk ( it was self serve & all you could eat).The staff was very friendly & helpful.You could see they were working hard to up grade the motel in areas not rented. Outstanding value of money. The price could not be beat by any other deals. Room was also very comfort. It offers excellent service and quality. It was usually very quiet during sleeping hours. The guy name Danny at the desk was very friendly and kind whenever I returned. we allways go there when we come to niagarafalls i think its a great hotel the staff are very nice all you have to do is ask and they are right there the room we were in was very warm and cosy had a great time thanks niagara lodge&suits see you febuary 17th. The Niagara Lodge and Suites is a lot like the Millenium Falcon - she may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts. Super cheap, clean, big rooms, great staff, and free breakfast, long distance and wifi. And she'll make point five past light speed. The staff really wanted to meet out needs by being very kind with us. We got also an issue with the booking that was 100% mu fault: the manager refunded us anyway! Ideal for a cheap stay in Niagara falls, especially if you have a car (5 mins from the falls)!. The breakfast they give you was good and the pool was nice they have a quiet peaceful building we really enjoyed our stay the outside was nicely kept as well as the in side very cheap rates witch was very nice I would love to go back soon :). its a relaxing romantic getaway, with clean, welcoming room, including in room jacuzzi :) Good breakfast selection Very polite staff!! :D very warmmmmm indoor pool open till midnight for late night romantic swim after jacuzzi! :). excellent place to stay. the pool is so warm and clean and so are the rooms. nice cozy warm rooms on a cold night. plenty of hot water too. free breakfast was excellent. Great place to stay while on vacation. the breakfast was great. we expected a continental ( toast, bagels, etc ) but got much more. they had hot and cold food. anything you could want for a quick breakfast to get you going, they had it. Staff are always friendly and the rooms have always been clean. Having the Wifi is great. Rooms also have a small fridge and a coffee maker. Breakfast is good and is available early in the morning. It is great value for the money. The breakfast you're expecting continental but it's not. It's a full hot or cold breakfast, your choice. They are quick to deal with any problems you might have. The Breakfast is phenomenal. The rates are so reasonable and where else can you find a clean room with an indoor pool and hot tub. We try to spoil ourselves here at least once every few months. I love this motel as we were allowed a late check out (4 pm),we get a yummy breakfeast and the price is low. Can not think of anything. We had no complaints everything was perfected. the bathrooms needed a little updates, just to make it perfect. I usually get room 115 but took a chance on trying the room with sliding doors loved it have booked to stay a few days in june the 24th and 25th looking forward to staying there again. the hot tub wasnt working. The price I think attracts a rowdier crowd (vacationers) also a lot of families. Not a problem for us, but maybe others. Just that first room but that was rectified immediately on my informing them I wasn't happy with it. They need to upgrade that suite to be as good as the others so they are all as good as the other.restaurant on site is required for late night eaters. The decor and rooms could use some refreshing as everything appears dated but everything is functional. Only major complaint is that the toilet seat was only partially attached. The negative reviews. People you get what you pay for. You expect trump towers pay for trump towers. That being said very pleased with hotel. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone. the first night some disturbance from neighbour but not as bad as the time I stayed before when on the ground floor. The noise outside my room, loud talking laughing and drinking. Light bulbs were not working, and there was a young man outside yelling at 3am that was drunk, but hotel staff was right out there taking care of it...turns out the man was at the wrong hotel... Not much to not like.They were busy fixing up rooms not in use.Noise was not a issue,very quiet. none. Enjoyed every thing about this place. Limited selection of TV channel pool doesn't open till 10 am but staff was extremely accommodating allowing us a late checkout so we could enjoy an after breakfast swim before checking out!!. The only downside was the jacuzzi in the pool area was not available. The room was spacious, comfortable but minimal. Late check out. They try to make you leave early and they deactivate your cards at 11 even though this website said I don't have to check out until 4. Wifi didn't work either. the indoor pool was not very warm, but well looked after. I have no complaints about the hotel or staff. Other guests however, some are disrespectful. I was rudely awakened the first morning by the guests in the next room. I always like to have a pool where I stay. They use far to much clorine. I was in the water 5 minutes and could smell it on my skin. Aside from that I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. The heat was very high when I arrived in the room, which was very thoughtful because it was cold, but as a person concerned about the environment, I suggest they keep it at 70 degrees. people will be more likely not to turn it up too high. I was satisfied with everything for the price I paid. The room was a little drafty though. It was a little run down but still clean! You do need to drive to the falls/midway area, but they're upfront about that and will always call a taxi for you. Good for people without cell service outside the States!. Water temperature changes. We had to leave after two days. none. The pool and hot tub were too cold this time Also our room was missing toilet paper roll, and pillows were tiny Next time we may request specific rooms like the one with two queens ands a love seat, it looked very nice Overall great motel. The rooms could use some updating, and some items fixed/repaired. It is a bit run down looking on the outside but that was just asthetics. We found the lights very dim. Carpet was not clean enough. air conditioner/ heater did not work well, only a few channels available/ only 1 for kids. only had 2 med towels for a 3 day stay & needed clean bedding. did not ask for room service.
