The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions.

Nothing. We were truly satisfied, until we got home. I called thehotel twice and received an ok answer to the "release" claus...However, I think three days releasing a credit card (especially when Ihanded over cash... Was very unreasonable, but thats no relection onthe actual stay.

The rooms feel outdated compared to the luxurious exterior of the building, it almost gives you a false impression of what the inside really looks like.

The room was in a back part of the hotel, which had a different frontalset of rooms, which appeared as better or more confortable. This was notevident when booking.

The free breakfast is a laugh [for dutch people] but that depends on your taste.

The closeness to all the activities

The room was a no smoking but it smelt of stale tobacco which didn't go away and there was no windows to open to let air in.
