No A/C in the room. Fan was not provided. USB fan was provided which I had to connect to the PC and sleep. No reception all times.
No TV in room. And No Telephone in room. The hotel helpdesk cannot be contacted even by mobile. I paid 200$/night for this which cannot be cancelled.

Dead hotel with no reception available when we arrived. It can't be
called hotel rather a hostel. Strong smoking odours in the hall way and
in the rooms; no air-conditioner. I had never experienced this bad hotel
condition I stayed in except this one. It cannot be called hotel.
