Room was excellent, hotal was tidy, centrally located

Breakfast was very poor, really poor. To hang around the lounge crammed with other guests with your plate in your hands was very demeaning. If a decent place could be found for the breakfast, then I might stay but as it is now, I will not stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredibly small and whatever was there did not last for the guest arriving later.

The part-time Indian-Canadian guy at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The weirdest hotel room design ever! The first thing you see when you opened the room door is the bathroom! The bathroom is an open concept design. In the other words, it is a semi-partition between the bed and the bathroom and no bathroom door.

people around the hotel.seems most of them were crac dealers , lots of homeless and the hotel doesn`t have a parking lot.

on the website the hotel said they have free wireless, and turn out I can't connect in the room and neither in the lobby. They had a computer in the lobby 5$/30min, which didn't wok for a whole 6days, they kept saying still don't work.

Friendliness of staff. Location near metro station (Berri-UQAM).

We were offered (and had to stay in for 1 night) a room with intolerable smell of cigarettes, although we had booked a non-smoking room. Breakfast is very unsatisfactory (served at the lobby of the hotel). The bath was in the room but not separated from it by a wall. The cable TV had very few channels and at times the image was defective.The hotel has something of a "student dorm" atmosphere.

did not like the room. it was not worth the money paid for. I was no impressed at all. I will not stay at this hotel again.
