The location in downtown was perfect, the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom had romantic lighting and jacuzzi tub, the price even tho we went in high season was great and the restaurant had great poutine. Excellent location Friendly, Accommodating staff Value for the money Clean. friendly staff and clean with AC in the room. Location. Great price and location. Loved the little balcony. Bed was comfy.
all reviews » Location was very good. Front desk staff. Location. There was nothing to glorify and nothing to be happy with.... The location. Location. room was large and bed was comfortable. nothing. The hotel did not do proper housekeeping to our room once we checked in. Facilities showing their age wi-fi problems. Lack of parking nearby. Partial walls and no door to bathroom. Terrible shower. Shared building with dance bar, noisy from 1am to 3am. Bathroom is part of suite. No housekeeping on multi-night stays. Dark, dingy room; security deposit. Room was not ready for 3pm came back at 6pm, still not ready, next day bed wasn't made, day we left, they tried to overcharge us. Receptionist had very poor English, room was not clean, no toilet paper, there was not a bed, but two twin size mattresses wrapped in plastic with cardboard edges. Be careful with parking. There is no parking available in streets around and for sure take or hide everything in your car. My car was cleaned overnight :-(. As a hotel, it fails to meet the most basic of standards eg: providing toilet paper. The rooms are in disparate need of repair and the balcony doors have 5 cm gaps in them making it very noisy. The curtains are missing hooks so only half the curtain is attached to the rail. I was very disappointed and checked out after 2 days (after having seen 3 different rooms- all with maintenance issues). Bed bugs-both my boyfriend and I got bitten, bed linen was not clean there was yellow stains on the pillow covers. Washroom has no privacy, room very noisy as there is a night club right beside! We stayed 5 nights and had to ask for clean towels and toiletries not once was our room mad up!! Very bad service and would not recommend it to anybody!. the room facilities were not anticipated... no ice machines, no glasses in rooms, broken door frame in bathroom so you could not close door, was under staffed, there were bugs in room. ( flying ants). lack of furniture in room only 2 dressers no desk or table. see my specific note Isent you previously. I specially dislike the fact there was no service during 2 days, the bed have not been done, the towels not changed, nothing and on the top the toilet paper seems to be a pricilege, I had to ask 3 time to get some and had to go back to the reception to get it..... poor service and no facilities.
