  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... what people say » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  I loved this property. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a dear at our terrasse every morning. The hotel is ideally located on Mirror Lake and is slightly off the beaten path. The location is pristine. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Breakfast in the morning was generous.   From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people.
