  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... what people say » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  I loved this property. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a dear at our terrasse every morning. The hotel is ideally located on Mirror Lake and is slightly off the beaten path. The location is pristine. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Breakfast in the morning was generous. Every room has a Keurig cof... what people say » fee maker. The towels were better than the average hotel. The place is immaculately clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable. There is a gas firepl - We loved the complimentary breakfast that was included in our 2 night stay and when we arrived we received 2 free tickets for the gondola up the mountain, as well as 2 $10 coupons for the casino which we were not expecting, so that was great. Suite on the 3rd floor was beautiful- had our own private balcony. Luxury, down duvet and pillows-very comfortable. Nice kitchenette included with all the basic cooking tool essentials.   The hotel was gorgeous. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and had a balcony and fireplace. Definitely the best part was the outdoor hot tub that was open all night. I was really nice to be able to have a beer in the hottub (I'm not sure of the official rules, but our access cards let us into the pool and the pool was never covered and we saw other... what people say » people with beer in the pool). I've never seen a place where I could use an outdoor hottub past 10, so this was really nice. The shuttle service was - It is a very picturesque Hotel, more like an Inn, situated a 5 minute drive from Mt.Tremblant. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to and from Mt.Tremblant at your beck and call, rooms are spacious,clean there is a small indoor pool an outdoor pool and a large exterior spa.A small bar large lounge area with 2 free access computers and large screen tv set up.   From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people.   We left the hotel early to ski on the morning of check-out. We were provided with a large storage area for our gear and we had access to the facilities to change and relax when we finished skiing at the end of the day. I went with my mother and a friend of mine, my friend and I love skiing and tremblant is literally seconds away on foot so that was a pluss. My mother can not ski because of her knees though the receptionist aranged a series of activities for her to do like snowshoeing, crosscountry skiing etc. For me this is the best skiing hotel i've stayed so far, the size is perfect not too big yet not close to being small, great parking, facilities. The breakfast was outstanding and Andre and the other staff were some of the best I have ever experienced in 30 years of traveling. I will be back next year!!
