The room was spacious and we had a nice view of the downtown strip. The location was great and there were many restaurants and bars to choose from that were within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The place is very well kept and is in an excellent location for shopping and dining in the downtown core. I would definitely stay here again, in fact I am already booked for another stay.

Kim, the Front desk staff, was fabulous. other young man on front desk gave excellent recommendation for dining. Cleaning staff on Floor 5 were great!. Its location in excellent as it is close to shopping, eating, the park, concert hall... It also had an excellent free breakfast. Staff very helpful with directions to city sites and routes. Hotel very quiet despite it being Homecoming weekend !. Lay out of suite Getting a double bed after someone had cancelled. That was a nice touch upon arrival. It is very convenient we also like the room. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. the staff was amazing and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. - view from 14th floor -suite layout - breakfast - quite elegance. The convient location, friendly staff, convience of a breakfast. the beds were very comfortable and the spacious. Large rooms. Microwave and fridge!. Location Dinner advice excellent. Location Clean. Room was spacious and clean. cost effective. The room-suite style was very nice - spacious. The lounge area in each room. The hot tub was under renovation and out of order which we were not informed of until check in. The carpet throughout the hotel was so old and ugly I was worried what the room would be like but it was fine. The bathroom in the room needed some updating...it was small and ugly. There was a minibar in the room but it was empty and we could hear everything amplified in the hallway (very loud!) even though our room was at the very end of the corridor. I just wish it had a pool to use in the winter months. The breakfast is very basic and the room is converted from a meeting/conference room. No really relaxing and has no real appeal. It was a little more than we wanted to pay since we were there for medical appointments and couldn't really take too much advantage of all of the surrounding area. Parking was expensive at $12 per day. I was a little disapointed with the bath tub to be honest I thought it was a jacuzzi tub. Double bed, would prefer queens. the breakfast the room was too small and the breakfast inadaquate. A little pricey. Continental breakfast.. for the price of the King Suite, I would have expected more items for Breakfast. Lack of hot water; bed could be more comfortable. Too close to bars downtown. Could hear music until 2am. The charge for the parking. The breakfast was very poor. small beds.
