I had a private room for a really good price, though small I had a fridge and lots of cupboards above the bed. We loved our stay in this hotel! We got a room with a private bathroom, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel's staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great - was close to everything we needed in downtown. The price was great too! I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again next time we are in Victoria.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The hotel was beautiful, well done reno's, the lobby is gorgeous, we stayed in an older room with older t.v. and furnishings, but was everything we needed, we spent the only time in the room sleeping, so the bed was comfortable, clean and had free wi'fi, so I could post my pics on FB as we travelled, only thing I would request going forward, is coffee offered to guests that get up before 7:30 am, when breakfast is served, we are early risers, 7Eleven is 1/2 a block away, and was a nice walk in

This was, by far, our best place we stayed during our 11-day honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the evening hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed relaxing in the library lounge room, and visiting with the other guests. In the room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Also, the sound machine on the bedside table played some soothing music that we enjoyed. We have already told many of our family and friends that Abigail's is the only place to book in the future.
