  My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. Our room was very clean and spacious as we had a jacuzzi suite and it wa... what people say » s amazing, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all of our needs. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We had dinner in the Brazilian steak House (Brasa), which was great fun. The room was large, clean an... what people say » d attractively appointed. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.
