I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service!

Location, design, staff and linens, room design was great, uniquely different. Appreciated the upgrade and will definitely stay again. I have stayed at the Sheraton and Hyatt. This hotel is not that but it was a great value or the money, will stay again. It had the comfort of a bed and breakfast with your own facilities, and a wonderful full service restaurant

The place is very nice and we were moved to another room after the bedbug issue and we were haven quarters heat up our laundry. The owners handled it well and took immediate action. We did not get a discount or $$ for the inconvenience but we didn't ask for it either. I wanted them to take the complaint seriously, which it was. That night and the next day they were working on the room.

Templar Hotel was a great surprise, it exceeded my expecations!
