The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long. A good,
convenient hotel for a short stay. -
Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!

My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!
very kind and friendly staff in particular Tim.
I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays.
walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver.
